"Stayed 6 nights following a cruise and it was an amazing location. We had a beachfront room that overlooked Waikiki beach and we sat on the balcony watching the sunset each night. We hired a car directly from the hotel so that was convenient. The room was large and clean. Close to buses to the Ala Moana shopping centre. Walking distance to Dukes bar, Cheescake Factory etc. We had no issues at all and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Waikiki on the beach."

"The room was fine. Maybe time for a renovation. The plumbing would make loud noise in the middle of the night. The bed was ok but the pillows were so worn out and flat. The lady that checked us in was ok but not very friendly. We have been coming here for awhile, this was the first time i did not feel the aloha spirit. "

"They charged mandatory amenity fee $25 each night so I paid though Expedia about $100 However with mandatory total $125 each night Which was pretty much disappointing me I don’t think I am not staying this hotel again because of that"

"We love this hotel. We’ve stayed here 5x already. Everything is close by. Beach is just across the street. There’s sunblock lotion and cooling gel in the lobby. Staff are so nice and very helpful. Rooms are nice. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion. I mean…what else can you ask for?!! Love this place!"
