"We had to leave one day early due to American Airlines changing flight in LA to a wait of less than an hour between flights and Hyatt charged us for the room that we did not us e and an early departure fee. For this reason we will never stay in another Hyatt for the remainder of my life."

"Saubere Zimmer, Service gut. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Am Hafen und auf der Straße kann man günstig parken."

"2nd time we stayed live it there"

"Aright look bruh let me be real. It got no microwave only 1 at the lobby, the shampoo and conditioner was cheeks so buy your own small one. The fridge is barely cold. But it’s close to everything and that’s the best part of it. Like 1 block away and u there at the main strip. Also there are a lot of bus stops near it too so if u ain’t got a car u be aright. Also if u do got a car then drive slow in the parking lot and make sure you park on floor 2 or 3 that’s where the door to the lobby is....

"Amazing hotel, I loved it so so much!! Waikiki itself was a little more hectic than I expected so I think next time I’d explore a different island. But the hotel was perfect and within walking distance of everything we needed"

"Good breakfast and amenities"

"Beautiful views and very clean. Loved being right in the heart of Wakiki and walking across the street to the ocean."

"Gym wasn't open for 3 days. They still tried to charge me the full $45/day resort fee for the week. When I disputed it they did discount the fee. Location isn't the best. Staff just aren't the friendliest. I've been to hawaii over 12 times and would not stay at this hotel again."
