"We had some issues with our initial room that they tried to sort out, but as some remained we were moved to a room with no issues after the first night. The beds are lovely and comfortable, and the breakfast is very nice with lots of choice. The gym is small but have a couple of cardio machines and weights. Not great, but I’ve stayed places with a lot worse. Be aware that the bell tower at the town hall rings frequently until midnight, so can disturb sleep."

"The location of this property is perfect. It's a 2-3 minute walk to Nyhavn and across the water (less than 10 mins), you have Broens street food already. Despite being close to many things and being in the waterfront, it was very quiet. Our deluxe room had a bay window with supposed views but the building nextdoor had scaffolding that basically blocked the view. But the most special part of this property is the staff. "Staff and service were absolutely amazing. The room unfortunately was very dusty everywhere as if it was sitting empty for a long time. The walls, furniture and decor were so dusty that if you brushed up against it your clothes got dirty. Didn’t want to use the closet or hangers because it was so dusty. Also questionable other dirty marks and drips down the walls. "
