"When our hiking plans got rained out and we arrived in Hualien a day early, the owner was nice enough to help us move up our reservation. He was extremely friendly and we had a great chat (in English). The hotel was nice, and the rooms were large with air conditioning. Location is conveniently close to the train station and we found parking easily on the street out front. Would definitely stay here again!"
