"Great experience! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was extremely clean. My only real issue is that there weren't any hooks in the bathroom so there wasn't anywhere to hang your towels and while they made you aware of their effort to be eco conscience it was difficult where there was nowhere to hand the towels. Otherwise everything was fabulous."

"We went to Disney with kids for the first time. We had junior executive suite on 5th floor with small kitchen facility as well. Very good service and location for Disney. Val De Europe train station just 2 min away on feet and shopping centre just 5 min walk with plenty of places to eat from. "This hotel was very nice! It is very modern and clean. The staff is great: super helpful and friendly. The reason this isn’t a 10/10 is because of the smell and no balcony. Sometimes the hotel lobby smelled of cooked food due to open layout. Sometimes it smelled like the sewer (however parts of France smell this way due to their canals). It does NOT smell in the rooms. "Our suite was huge and had a gorgeous window with a lovely view. The hotel could have been cleaner (if it was we would rate 5 out of 5) and our room smelt of smoke a bit but the location was great and the staff and facilities where superb!"
