"There is NO AIR CONDITIONING!! I was shocked that a hilton product didn’t have air. It was so hot in the room. I had a service tech come and turn off the pilot lights on the fireplace and we opened all the windows through the night, but then had to sleep with the curtains open to cycle the air. They gave us a complimentary breakfast because of that, then when we went to use it they didn't know anything about it. They finally hunted and found the coupon. The staff was very nice. We were just very disappointed about no hot tub since that's the only reason we picked this hotel."
