"ホテルの21階レストランからの眺望は素晴らしかった。目の前に新都市のシンボル、100メールのバイテレクタワーが見え、日本人の設計者黒川紀章が構想した新しい街づくりが成功したような印象を受ける。しかし、その近代都市にあって、ホテルの受付の対応がお粗末だった。近くのデパートや重要施設を尋ねても、スマートフォンを見て調べ、よくわからないと返事された。何のための受付なのか、とあ然とした。スマートフォンを見ないと応対できない受付とは、日本人にはとても理解できなかった。ホテル環境は良いのだから、人間のスタッフもそれ同様の良さが欲しいと感じた。ホテル自体は、宿泊してメリットは大きいです。"

"Good location, but was a bit disappointed with the service (the fridge was not working, WI-FI was not working, they never rough me a new piece of soap and the breakfast looked like it was there for days.... pretty disgusting)
