The staff from the front desk, room, dining area & housekeeping was warm, friendly, & very accomodating. We were provided & experienced the VIP treatment! Food was excellent, highly recommend the Italian (squid ink pasta) & Indonesian restaurants (breakfast buffet). Great discount at the spa from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

A perfect stay at the Dwijaya House Pakubuwono. It looked small and in a small street, but it actually huge and very nice. Very helpful and friendly staff%. Clean, close to everything, beautiful and a lot of greens (plants), make the place more beautiful. Excellent.
They helped keeping my luggage’s when I was on my medical surgery. Kind and very helpful staff.
