"The location of the hotel is very convenient. It’s right opposite to Kyoto station, aeon mall and also to several car rentals. Nice and spacious rooms Free water refill at each floor Problems: 1) Check in process is too long. 2) I dint bother to complain but AC was not working 3) They were reluctant to take food order when I was away from hotel 4) Cloak in staff is very friendly and helpful but reception staff were not so welcoming or helping"
