"Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

"This hotel was the highlight of my trip, from the helpful staff to the delicious breakfast and the pristine room, all held to make my trip to Japan more enjoyable."

"This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff, service & breakfast area was amazing! Not to mention the hotel rooftop was one of the best rooftops we’ve ever been to. The staff was incredibly nice & sat us each night with a blanket under the lights. It was the perfect ending to our days sightseeing!"

"Nicely located across from the main train station used by many large tour operators . The restaurant is crowded due to this reason for breakfast . Very friendly staff , large size rooms for Asia . No flexibility in check in or checkout time"

"Beautiful property! Great location and so comfortable!"

"A great hotel in every imaginable aspect. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and well kept and cleaned. Amenities include private and a public onsen, a fitness facility, and a laundry facilitiy that uses Suica card. Staff is friendly and supportive. Dinner was extraordinary."

"Again the service is a regular american 4 star hotel ( definitely not five) there are a couple of details that make a hotel a 4 star or less, besides luxury. The gym is just to say you have a gym. Very few equipment. I believe that you have to understand how important a gym has come to travelers. Just do not get it. What makes me feel awful is when a buffet breakfast has an additional tea with charge. That is cheap in my humble opinion. It takes the whole experience down for mere 5 dollars...

"Everything was Excellent!"

"Facility was beautiful and very clean. Loved the private tub on the back patio after long days of walking. Staff were super helpful!"

"Very hospitable! However our last room was very small. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"The property is in a great location, close to train station, great shopping, food etc. Room was very comfortable. It is a bummer that people with tattoos are not permitted to use the spa, I would have liked to experience this."

"Very clean and beautiful hotel. Since it's located in the station it's right next to a bunch of great food places and trains to every major location and attraction. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive, plus most of them could speak English."

"La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Está súper céntrico, caminando al centro y varios highlights de la ciudad. Amable el personal. Lo recomiendo para viaje familiar. El desayuno básico."

"Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay!"

"Short walking distance from train station if that’s important to you. Rooms and bathrooms were nice. We made use of the spa room and loved it ."
