"The hotel sits above the train station and is a remarkable building that seems to stretch into the clouds it is that big. The service was excellent as were the size of the rooms. the hotel is looking a little tired but worked well for our visit being very central to everything obviously great for the trains and buses.. the bus terminal is conveniently outside and perfect for your sightseeing with a flat fee of 230 yen per trip."

"This is definitely a higher end hotel, but it is still "affordable". The location is excellent and quiet. It is not in the middle of shopping and dining, but many shrines and temples are within walking distance. A subway station is only 2 minutes from the hotel, so you can go anywhere.
