"The property does not have a restaurant as depicted in the description. Hair dryers are not supplied and amenities such as coffee makers are not in the rooms, but can be requested upon check-in. I found the bed to be comfortable and the gentleman who checked me in was pleasant and friendly. "

"I’ve stayed at Brookstreet Hotel many times over the years, and it has always been a place I genuinely look forward to returning to. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience have consistently been excellent, which is why I continue to choose it. However, this most recent stay was not as enjoyable. I was placed in a room that was connected to a neighboring room by a door, and unfortunately the soundproofing was very poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the other room both early in the morning and late at night, which made it quite difficult to sleep and relax. This was disappointing given my past experiences, and I do hope that in future visits I can be placed in a room with better sound insulation. I still value this hotel highly and hope this was just an isolated issue."

"Front desk staff excellent, especially Paul made my girls feel really welcome and took time to make them smile and feel involved . This was a great experience to go along with our trip to Kanata for a hockey tournament."

"Overall this is a very nice hotel, decent breakfast, friendly staff, clean... My one complaint is the height of the toilet. It's so low that the towel rack was hanging off probably from people using it to help them get back up. I was traveling with my senior mother and she had to go down the hall to use the family washroom because it had a rail. Definitely not an accessible hotel. The beds were comfortable though, just get higher toilets please. I'm only 5'4 and I had trouble getting back up. "

"The suite was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the river was lovely and there were nice shops, restaurants and walking trails nearby. "
