"Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great food menu. Fab breakfast. Stayed here a few times, and they always remember me. Easy walk to Preston town centre. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Shame they don't take cash anymore. Not a complaint as such, but I don't like the way we are drifting into a cashless society. "

"I can honestly say that the time I spent at your hotel was an absolute pleasure. Although it was a short stay of 3 days I could not fault any part of the time I stayed there? Cleanliness 10:10 staff 10:10 food 10:10 although I would like to give an extra point to the lady in charge of the dining room who went over the top to help me as I am slightly disabled?She took my luggage to my room and brought breakfast to me?
