Great place and amazing staff too!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. We fly home from Rome once or twice a year and it’s always a headache! The taxi ride is too long to Trevi and the hotels are impossible to stay with tons of luggage!! This hotel was fabulous and the location perfect! 10 minutes from the airport!! Upon our arrival, they greeted us stored our luggage because we had four large bags we went to the room. Baia di Luna is in a beautiful town, with exquisite restaurants, cafes and shops right in front of the beach. The property is well kept and has a very romantic mediterranean garden. Stefano gave us a superb service, helping us with luggage, setting up our next day taxi to the port and recommendations on where to dine (Bianca restaurant) best in town. Will recommend this venue to all my friends without hesitation.

Alex, Marco, & their children were extremely helpful in getting us from the airport, providing help in figuring out transportation to the sites we wanted to see, having amazing breakfasts, assisting us in ordering dinner in, & just making our stay fantastic! We loved the big balcony & spacious room with all the really nice amenities! We stayed for 3 nights & would definitely recommend it!

The couple were great and I recommend them fully. Very nice and clean place and their attention to detail was second to none. The husband picked us up at the airport and was ver informative about the area especially Ostia Antica. He recommended a great restaurant La Brace Dei Matti, excellent food and atmosphere. All around great 5 star experience and I’m looking forward to stay there again.

We had a great experience, amazing hosts, can't wait to go back and stay longer at this beautiful B&B Guest house. We were about 20 - 30 min driving distance from Rome which did not bother us as Rome has convenient city center Parking (www.parkingviagiulia.it) close, walking distance, to all famous Rome tourist attractions and it is a pleasure to relax after day full of emotions in a quite and beautiful place like this. The owner went above and beyond to help us. Very nice people. The room was clean and air conditioning. The breakfast was a good variety and delicious.

Very friendly and central to the areas we wanted to vist

We stayed here 3 times during this trip to Italy and have reviewed it previously as well. Let me start with a shout out to Ash, a great bartender. All of the front desk staff are outstanding and it's difficult to single anyone out. They're ALL great. During breakfast, we wound up feeling like Felicia was family. We will absolutely use this hotel again and are genuinely looking forward to seeing our new friends again.

Very clean and very helpful staff. Located at the bottom of the town, so it's very convenient to get to the autostrada. Free and easily maneuverable parking. We just drove up to the Etruscan sites and base of the medieval part of Tarquinia, parked in the town lot and walked through the lovely tiny streets. Highly recommend Villa Tirrena if you are driving through Lazio or to Tuscany.

We stayed here before a flight and so happy we found it. It is a beautiful space. Relaxing beach vibes, designed well and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and good food. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Immaculate clean room which is my number one priority. Very sweet and friendly owner. She even arranged early morning transport to the airport for us and he was a great driver and friendly. She left us quite a spread for breakfast in the room as well as desserts which we ate after we went to an awesome pizza place which was very close, straight out the front gate towards the beach, Very pleased with this place and I am pretty picky.

We needed a single night stay before getting on our flight home from Rome. The bed, price, and accommodations were perfect for this. Our host made the extra effort to make sure we got dinner (Monday nights most restaurants are closed in the area) and to make sure we had breakfast available when we woke at 5:00 am. The location was only 5-10 minutes from the airport.
