"The woman that owns this place is an alcoholic and only spoke Polish. She refused to let me stay until two other young women arrived and translated for me. She told me through them that she wanted 750 zlotys for one night. I ended up giving her 10 euros. I left the following morning and found accommodation in central Krakow at the Bubble Hostel on Barstowa Street near the Barbican Gate. "Loved the extra touch’s provided by this lovely hotel. Free Coffee, tea & water 24/7. Free bike hire & spa. Each bedroom has an integrated tablet to control lights etc and with its own WiFi. Extras like avocado on toast served to your table. Friendly helpful staff in a very clean hotel, in an area easily accessible for all the best places in Kazimierz and Krakow old town. "Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful, staff was super attentive and breakfast was also very good. Hotel has a perfect location, very close to old town (for us like a slow pace 15 minutes straight walk from the hotel). The advantage of being located outside of the main touristic area is the quietness, you don't feel noise at night. I didn't feel unsafe walking to and from the hotel to the diff places. I recommend it for sure and will stay there next time I am in Krakow. "
