"Anusha was super nice and very professional. She greeted us when we check in and got us a room with a great view of the airport. She was super caring and I requested fresh towels to the room. "

Hardly any of the channels worked. Very noisy. Could hear all traffic. $10 a person to take their airport shuttle. Cheaper to take an Uber. "

"The price does not match what you receive. The rooms are outdated and worn down. The location is great, however, this is not what expect from what’s branded as a luxury hotel. The rooms are more on the level of an older, mid-priced hotel. "

"The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar, with outside seating if you wish, and an excellent fitness centre. The shuttle to LAX terminal was prompt in pick up and drop off, athough some passengers complained they had been waiting for an hour for pick up from terminals"
