"It was amazing"

"Biggest complaint is that the temperature of the shower was uncontrollable. Nice and hot one minute and the next minute freezing cold. This was the same in our travelling partners’ room. Both rooms on the 11th floor. The bar and restaurant are closed in the afternoon and didn’t open until 5 pm. We were looking forward to a Happy Hour after a long day of travel. There is beer in the fridge but no wine. The restaurant was very nice and the food was good. It was nice to be able to bring our wine out to the pool. "

"Checked in, first room no AC. Called down, waiting hours before someone came in to confirm it’s not working and we need a new room. We were told to sit tight and wait for someone to come up with new keys. No one came. Called down, finally someone came, gave us keys at the door did not ask if we needed help with luggage. Move to an upper floor went to go into our new room just to discover that it is a dirty room that has not been cleaned. Went downstairs to get it settled with a new room as we were very unhappy at this point. Checked into our newest room to find hair in our bathtub. At this point, we just decided that we were just gonna sleep and get out of this hotel and never return."

"Overall it was a great trip. Their breakfast was pretty undependable tho serving whole chicken sausages for breakfast. And the pool closed really early even though it was well lit and perfectly safe."

"The place itself was good. Location was perfect for our visit. The issue- the overwhelming amount of fees that were charged!! Destination fee? Resort fee? $60 parking fee?? Had we known we may have chosen some where else"

"Gorgeous Grande Dame hotel. I walked to Central Market for great lunch and checked out the Bradbury Building. the lobby and bar were incredible! "
