"Staff in all areas of the resort were extremely cordial and eagerly willing to assist the client. Restaurants were very busy but staff were friendly and checking on our needs constantly."

"The place was great location to French Quarter was within a 5 min walk. The decor was super cool. The fridge was stocked but did not have any room for you to leave any left over food in it. The only window was a view of nothing but a deep tunnel of a box from top to bottom. We did have an adjoins room attached and the walls were super thin. We could hear the whole conversation next door. So if you’re wanting something quiet you may want to ask for a room with this feature of empty. Over all hotel was great again, worth booking in my future. "
