An absolute dream! Beautifully build property. Super nice, friendly and well trained staff. Excellent food and spacious rooms and public areas. Really a gem within all the hotel madness in Petra. Spend the extra dollar - you will not regret it after long days of walking and hiking in Petra!

It’s a good price for what you get. It’s close to the entrance of Petra. It’s up one of the hills, so the walk home after a whole day in Petra might be challenging after a long day. The rooftop is very nice.

Great location, if someone is in Wadi Musa this hotel is near city center and not too far from the visitor center of Petra. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and the staff are super helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. And price is also a big plus.

This is the hotel to stay at for Petra, as it can't be closer to the Visitor Center and entrance to the world heritage site. You literally walk across the street to start your walk to the Petra site. The hotel itself has very friendly and helpful staff - in particular Mohammad Kasbah was extremely patient and helpful in coordinating some tricky transfers to/from Amman and Wadi Rum. We stayed one night here and we're very pleased with the hotel and staff. First of all the location, it's a 2 minute walk from petra visitor centre(entrance) and the taxi stand. One cannot ask for anything better. Secondly, the hotel facilities and clean well maintained, clean toilets, fresh sheets and towels and decent buffet. Our room package includes breakfast and wifi and the signal was pretty good. Last but not the least, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is an awesome family run hotel. The rooms, hotel and dining ares are all kept immaculate. The staff was willing to take me and pick me up when I was ready to hike inside to the Petra Ruins. I will be sending my friends here to stay when they visit Petra (Now that they have seen my pictures ) I never experienced anything but pleasant service from the hotel staff. I will certainly return!

The hotel certainly isn't a 5 star but the service absolutely is!! They were so wonderful and incredibly helpful! When they found out we were leaving to Petra before breakfast opened they arranged to leave boxed lunches for us instead. Incredible! The perfect place and fabulous location if you are going to Petra!

Took us a while to find the hotel, since it's outside of town and the directions we had been given (by another party) were misleading. So the hotel is not as conveniently close to the Petra site as some others, but otherwise we found the hotel a very good place to stay and the staff very attentive and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and all the basics were provided. The to-go breakfast was ok. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Absolutely fantastic and all the activities are amazing

We are from the United States and everything at this camp was great. The four hour tour in the truck of Wadi Rum was outstanding and particularly great was the Kamel tour we took at sunrise in the morning what a blessing. All five of us had our own camels and there were three baby camels along in our caravan and we just loved it. Food was also very good and the people were very friendly. I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were excellent without being ostentatious. Very friendly management. Helped me rearrange tours after my initial plans fell through. Breakfast and dinners were enormous. A very enjoyable stay in every respect.
