"I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!"

"Overall, my recent stay was great. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, and met all my needs. The only area for improvement was the smell. There was a very strong cleaning or air freshener scent that was masking another smell (maybe smoke or pets). This will not prevent me from future stays but it's worth noting as it was strong enough that my wife could smell it as soon as I opened my suitcase when I returned home!!"

"This historic home is beautiful with great updates. Kathleen was an excellent host! Check-in was fast and easy, and the house was clean and exactly as described. Eight of us stayed here to go to Bucci's Italian Scratch Kitchen “Brunch Please!” and we also visited the Shovel City Drinkery. This house was a perfect getaway and would definitely stay again. "

"The house itself is wonderful—cozy, perfectly located, and fully equipped with everything you need. However, the beds were a major downside; they felt quite cheap and were as hard as concrete. If the mattresses were upgraded, this place would be a 10/10. Despite the sleep quality, the rest of the stay was great and we would stay again"
