Excellent experience with so many amenities included in the all-in package. We even enjoyed massages as part of the deal (nice surprise). Food was excellent with several choices and access to another resort next door. Be sure to visit Joe and the Coco Shack - he is awesome.

Nice experience Lovely hotel

My Husband and I had a wonderful 10 night stay. The resort is so beautiful and clean with 3 large pools and a beach.Food is really good with different theme nights.There is also a beach restaurant and burger van,all excellent.The biggest plus point is the staff at the resort,they go out of their way to make sure you a having a great holiday.Pravesh and Bholla and Ritesh where always around to make sure everything was fine. We were there on our honeymoon and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and beach. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. The food was excellent and we enjoyed having the different suggestions of the day besides the normal menu. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a beautiful and quiet place to just relax and enjoy your stay.

This is a fantastic resort. Everything is up to the highest Hilton standards. My only small complaint would be that it is a little out of walking distance from the Flic en Flac main area. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast i have had in Mauritius.

So if you are studying online reviews you may be asking yourself, what is the South of Mauritius like, how is the beach at this resort, how far from airport, what are the restaurants like, will I like 'the orange and green bright design' rooms. the infrastructure of the hotel is good.

This is a very good and affordable hotel in Flic-en-Flac, Mauritius. The hotel is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition. The breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and free shuttle to the beach and shopping mall is provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Flic-en-Flac.

We came to Balaclava as a family. The look of the hotel is breath taking; every room has the ocean view. We loved the fact that the hotel was secluded and not in busy areas. Great hotel! Everything is so new and very aesthetic. One of the best well-designed, clean, comfortable and modern room we had in the history of all hotels on the island! Plus, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Mr Khooshal for making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

Nice location on the Eastern coast, good food options

Very clean space. Very special everything worked well. Definitely got a better deal from booking through Expedia. I booked my room standing at the check-in desk. I got such a deal.
