Went down to check out and no person at the desk. I got tired of waiting and left dropping my key over the desk because nobody came out from back room at the desk office "

"I booked this place because of the cleanliness reviews I kept seeing. HAIR ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE! Under the sheets, all over the floor, in the shower, imbedded in the towels…. everytime I used a lint roller I found new hair that wasn’t mine. Absolutely disgusting! I also had to kill two bugs within the first few hours of our stay. Completely disappointed. "
