"The room was fairly clean & bed was comfortable however there was still mold in the grout of the shower. There wasn't even a shower curtain when we arrived & the remote control batteries were dead. When we went to shower the water was barely luke warm, per maintenance you have to let the water run 5-7 minutes full blast before it even gets hot especially if you're on the far end of the hotel."

"It's too far to park and unload to get to the check in desk. The parking was much to far. It was a constant walk back and forth and two elevators just to get to the car. It was not easy to navigate. The casino was just OK. Too much smoking; the player card often did not work."

"The hotel is absolutely horrendous. It smells so string of weed you can get a contact high inside and outside. The halls and rooms were filthy. I asked for another room and was told they were completely booked. I asked for a refund if I went ahead and checked out (I was there less than an hour) and I was told no. I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself then tried to lay down (after being up over 20 hours). Immediately my skin started itching. I just grabbed myself and left. I booked a different hotel but had to wait 4 hours to check in. It was not the morning I was planning but it is what happened. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE"
