"We arrived about an hour after check in and was told that a large amount of housekeepers had called out for the day, thus affecting us being able to check in immediately. It wasn’t too long of a wait for our rooms to be “cleaned” which should have been the first red flag. As soon as I walked into the room, my allergies flared up because of the vents absolutely caked in dust. The room reeked of cigarettes, stained mattresses, and to top it off, a completely naked guest in the hotel pool....
