"Great place with friendly staff, quirky decor. A bit away from the city centre but conveniently walkable from the metro. I was grateful for the quiet atmosphere that is hard to find in hostels. Pods were clean and spacious. The locker was very secure and well accessible under the bed - though the bathrooms needed a bit more attention, especially in the mornings as lots of people use it all at once. Overall, nothing to complain about. The food and coffee at the restaurant was pretty great....

"Very clean, comfortable and prestigate. Hallway, elevator are historistic and feel like you just transported in 1960s and feel very creep, not recommended for the scary person. Feel almost hunted hotel when you walk the hallway alone. I never get scare and can easily handle scary movie but i felt uncomfortable walking the hallways."

"The location could not be better. A short walk from the train station and everything basically. The superior room that we had was a good size with a modern bathroom, great big comfy bed and canal view. with windows open it's a bit noisy with people sitting and talking across the canal in bars. but after midnight with windows shut its totally fine. The spa is nothing special. I would definitely stay here if I ever end up in amsterdam again. The location alone sells it. "

"Nice location and friendly staff. As with many places in Amsterdam, the stairs up and down are a bit steep so be cautioned if you are disabled. Most of the stay was great! The sheets had a stain or two on them, there was a bit of dust under the bed, and the shower doesn’t have much blocking it from the rest of the bathroom so it will spray everywhere.
