"We can't say enough good things about our stay here! We were a group of 8 (two sisters' families, with adult kids) and we spent Christmas week. There was room for everyone, plus more if needed. The bathrooms are set up really conveniently for a big group---sort of like at a summer camp, with a boys' and a girls' bathroom, each with two toilet stalls, two sinks, and two showers. "Smaller room in an older building. The room was clean, had a nice view of the canal and easy access to all the dining, bars and shopping that you could imagine. At night the WIFI was spotty or non existent because it was shared with the bar on the first floor. If you DO NOT BOOK a Canal View Room there will be no elevator and you will have to carry your bag up steep amd narrow stairs."

"From the moment we checked into the hotel the staff couldn’t have done enough for us. From little touches in the room, to the customer service was excellent. We stayed in the family room (bunk bed) and our kids loved it, it was like having separate rooms. The room was very comfortable and clean and was susprised how spacious it was.
