"This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Staff not so wonderful. The wait at the front desk is far too long. Poorly staffed and very, very slow."

"Clean amenities and a decent restaurant. I booked a room with a queen bed; however, it was a double bed room. False advertisement!"

"Great Location"

"The location was reasonable, but several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The walls were extremely thin, allowing noise from outside and neighbouring rooms to be heard clearly, making it difficult to rest comfortably. Housekeeping ignored the Do Not Disturb sign and entered our room regardless, raising concerns about guest privacy and respect for requests. Most concerning, we found a bed bug in our room, which was extremely unpleasant and raised serious concerns about the hotel's...

"Everything was great. The amenities especially the hot tub and the saunas were great the only thing which was missing the mark was was variety in breakfast especially for vegetarian options"

"The roadway from main building and Bayshore rooms needs to be repaved."

"We booked a king size bed in one room and a Queen in the second bedroom. But the second bedroom came with twin beds. So was unhappy with not getting what we booked and payed for ."

"The room was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the description didn't match reality."

"I checked out two days ago and there is still a hold on my Visa card for more than the cost of my stay. That is inexcusable"

"The day of our stay the room card did not work."

"Very good"

"Nice breakfast with a great view from the breakfast room. The restaurant was unfortunately closed during our stay. Room was very comfortable but our BR was small and shower was slow to drain. Staff were super helpful. Would come back to this hotel."

"The location is pretty good, staff is very helpful. Breakfast is decent. The hotel rooms are specious but not enough room for closets. The light in the room is not enough."

"very good experience"

"good parking"

"Great location."

"The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast staff was fantastic and very helpful."

"My husband, daughter and I chose this place to stay as a last minute option for our annual Fall trip because a lot of other places were sold out. Our favourite part was the location - stunning view of the lake and we got a great room at a decent price. But the place is a bit run down and the room itself wasn't the cleanest. The worst part were the beds - they were so uncomfortable that my back immediately started hurting after the first night. Other than that, I would probably stay here again."
