"The room was spectacular very clean with a spacious mini fridge and large balcony. The breakfast buffet was tasty and our last day we even received an à la cart breakfast. The saunas and outdoor hot tub were lovely. Overall a 10/10 stay! "

One male staff at the front desk didn’t seem to care when I mentioned the bagels at breakfast were stale. I was disappointed at his reaction. :( Otherwise a good stay!"

Right as we got in the room we checked the bed and found so much hair, the pillows smelled like someone’s sweaty head, so i asked for fresh sheets and changed it myself."

No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!"
