"The cottage was quite nice and in a good location. We enjoyed the stay overall. When we first arrived, the cottage was very cold. Once we figured out how to heat the place, it was quite cozy. For the owners, I recommend turning the heat up before someone is coming, or leave an instruction book detailing how to use the pellet stove to keep the cottage at a good temperature (including overnight instructions would be helpful too). There are a few baseboard heaters, but the stove is absolutely required to heat the whole place.A couple of things surprised me - in order to get to the hot tub, we had to walk all the way around the house to get to it. It was very cold and snowy - so this wasn't ideal. The hot tub also had a lot of dirt on the cover, which didn't give us confidence regarding the cleanliness of the hot tub underneath. There also wasn't a lot of privacy, and there were quite a few cameras on the property (which is fine for entrances etc., but maybe not having one pointed in the direction of the hot tub?). Also, the listing stated that the kitchen was fully equipped - however, if you only have access to the main part of the house, there is no oven. We had planned to make homemade pizza and were quite disappointed when we had to go get take-out. Overall - the place is great, and I think it would be fantastic to stay in the summer! Just a little more transparency on the listing an instruction booklet for managing heating and the hot tub"

"I really loved the location. However, the couch was so filthy I would not sit on it. The bathtub needs to be replaced. There was food in the corner of the living room when I pulled the chair out. "

"The staffs are excellent. The front desk staffs we met are friendly and polite. The lady in the breakfast room prepared excellent lunch and was willing to start early on the weekend to accommodate for my sport team's early departure needs. Super convenient as the hotel is surrounded by fast food and grocery stores. The management should replace the "smart" microwaves in the rooms. It's very inconvenient and dangerous to unplug-and-plug to reset the microwave as the door is locked after the food is heated up. "
