"Note that this is not a hotel but it’s managed by a hotel management. The unit we had was a townhouse, spacious and big. Recommend to change the bulbs in the unit as it’s quit dim and yellow. Amenities were good, we used the pickleball court (free of charge and can be booked through the hotel management. The infinity pool and sauna was nice too."

"Rooms were not in great condition, outdoor pools are rather small and crowded"

"Generally good cleanliness and facilities. Staff helpful but not the most knowledgeable. Understaffed at night. Had to self resolve AC and fridge issues. Breakfast was good. Good for families with pets and those who could make use of a full-sized fridge. Ours required manual defrosting for hours. Would visit again but could use some improvements"

"Helpful staff, quiet room, great amenities, included breakfast was lovely. The Rousseau restaurant was fantastic, we enjoyed it so much the first night we had to go back the next night. Enjoyed the spa and kayaks available for use on the lake."

"clean room, basic breakfast but good"

"Absolutely. I’d make that the standout part of the review because it really shows the level of service: We had such a wonderful stay at Stay Inn Muskoka this past weekend! From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. A special thank you to Jonathan at reception, who was so welcoming, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Ingrid, the cleaner, also deserves a huge shoutout. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The service honestly went above and beyond. We simply...

"Over-all experience was good. Breakfast for a fee written on website is misleading. Kind of fooling."

"Great stay"

"The property was good, clean and very nice. All the staff were very helpful and warm. There was Len, Ivan, Yen and Lady."

"This was our first stay in Fairview by Marriott, it was a worth living place ,staff was very friendly so exceptional.clean and fresh feel environment all around in room and washroom ..breakfast was also good ..Definitely prefer again"

"The property is lovely, the staff was very nice, and the food was terrific! The room, and I would assume all the rooms in Maplewood Building would be similar, could use some tlc. The carpet has been in there for years, since there were wood-burning fireplaces. It had burn marks and stains all over it, as well as a large visible seam across it. Other than the fact that it’s age is showing, I have no complaints."

"Great place to stay"

"La posizione e la pulizia dei locali"

"They advertised one price and charged another when i arrived. Another lady checking out said she bought at the same price I did and was charged a different price then me but less ,when we plugged in to charge our devices the electricity went out. Three times so we couldn't do anything. We waited a half hour until a man came to check us in. A phone number is posted to call but no one answers The place was not overly clean. There was no desk staff and you couldn’t use the air or the lights would...
