"When we checked in, we were asked if both my partner and I would like to have breakfast tomorrow. I explained my partner was having surgery tomorrow and was not allowed to eat. Guy at the front desk says no problem, we always have breakfast to go kits and you can pick up one of those on the way out. Sounds reasonable - except the next morning, I was first told, they had no idea what I was talking about - they had never heard that before, and then after checking with the front desk again - told ohh, okay, but you need to pay for it and ohh - no you don't get to decide what it is included or not included, they're already made. After all that it was about 20 minutes later and we left"

"Parking off site is too far and dangerous , crossing four lane highway is a challenge the valet fees are outrageous. $35 to park my car across the road from the hotel is insane. If I am willing to park my own car and cross a four lane road , should be compensated. Will not stay again. Quality Inn is closer to the Casino and provides free parking."

"The location is good but the hotel is dated and dirty. No room cleaning, no free breakfast, parking is $50 per day. Also, the bed is very uncomfortable during our stay. Not recommened!"

"I was on a lay over so just stopped long enough to get a couple hours of sleep. I was put next to the ice machine it was very loud."

"Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner coz they only provide like barely for one person even though I booked for 3 person in a room for 3days. Also their tv you can’t even use it at all coz all the show you’ll see there you have to pay for it. Terrible never again."

"Room is impeccably clean and nice. But nobody answers the phone in front desk, housekeeping, everything! Huge living room but can’t afford to have microwave inside the room, there’s only one old microwave at the lobby. No signage or anything as to where you can find amenities, you have to figure it or ask around. Kinda disappoints for 4-start expensive hotel."

"This beautiful one bedroom was exceptional. I enjoy my stay. It was clean AC both in the bedroom and living room. the apartment set up really elegant. I enjoy my stay and I will definitely stay again when I come back to Jamaica , thanks to the host. She was great. Good job. "
