"Wow, this place is fantastic. My family had a wonderful time at the cottage, we did not want to leave! It was great for all ages and had plenty to do. It was super clean which was very important to me, and the host was great. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again and again!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage. The host; Garret was accommodating and incredibly kind and thoughtful touches the us and the kids. He prepared chalk, popcorn, marshmallows and glow in the dark toys in the welcoming gift basket and freezies in the freezer. Such a welcome gift especially in summer. The cottage itself feels incredibly homey and warm. It’s fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it a completely stress-free experience. This cottage has raspberries plants, fire pit and a clear water private beach. It has no wifi but it’s good as a family we chatted more and there’s ample DVDs and games for the kids to explore"

Lovely Newly Built Cottage by the Water

"The cottage was just as the images provided looked. Very spacious and all things provided were there for us. The sock to the water was also clean and easy to access. If there was anything that can improve on would be a better working oven. The oven seem to have a sensor issue. We had a day it worked great and another time it would say it reached the cooking temp when it’s under (tested with external temp gauge). Overall, very happy with the stay and would 100% love to return. Bonus; they have great neighbours too…very friendly community."

Secluded family cottage on Sparrow Lake, Muskoka

"Issac & Jacob were great to communicate with. The BBQ broke the week before arriving and he made sure to get a new one in there before we arrived which was MUCH appreciated. Gotta have a BBQ for a cottage weekend!Lake access. There is a little bit of seaweed in the lake but it's deep so just have a brave friend pick the tall ones and it's good swimming. Water was warm in August. We loved watching the loons on the lake. They were there all weekend.I saw in previous reviews for this place that people were complaining about the mattresses but I think they must have got new ones because everyone was quite content with them in our group. It's an old rustic cottage but it looks exactly like it does in the pictures so you know what you're getting. Thanks for having us!"

Magnificent Lakefront Modern Cottage

"A beautiful lake view right on the water as advertised in a cute town. Very conveniently located close to shops and amenities as well as a park and small beach. We enjoyed the waterfront property but the deck is not ideal for small children (our small children’s feet fell through large cracks). People should also be aware that there is a railway running directly behind the property with train horns going off regularly throughout the day and night."
