"I like"

"When I got to the resort, the staff was rude, and I didn't get my room until 4 PM. The resort said rooms would be available at 3. Miriam was the name of the person helping me, and she made me wait for an hour as she gave rooms to two people who came after me."

"Segunda vez que voy, recomendable"

"Servicio excelente"

"Great place to go with family and very budget friendly!"

"Amazing stay"

"Great bars and dining Food was excellent"

"We got a suite which was well worth the price for the extra room. The cleaning staff was great. The vibe at the hotel was really good. The only negative is that the property is over an hour from Puerto Vallarta so any activities outside the hotel take a huge part of your day due to transportation."

"The property here was beautiful and well maintained everyone here takes pride in their job very professional. We love this resort and will definitely be back again."
