"Hotel and grounds have definitely not been updated in a very long time. The pics are probably from when the hotel opened and are not accurate at this time. Found someone’s night cap behind the bedside table and small ants in the room. Staff was very nice and had an enjoyable time in the bar area. Excellent seafood quesadillas!"

"So I did not get to stay at this hotel b/c they had no rooms available and I was not informed until it was time for me to check in. Therefore I had to find another hotel on the day I got here cause me a headache and a ton of money!!!! & I am still waiting for me refund!"

"My wife and I stayed at the British Colonial Hotel 35 years ago on our Honeymoon. We came back and wanted to stay there again. I booked through Hotels and we recieved a room facing the steet. I spoke to the manager (Virginia) i believe her name was, inquiring anout an ocean facing room. She had us switched that day. It really made our trip special, and brought back so many memories. Thank you to the whole staff who treated us so well."
