It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

This is our third summer staying at the WM. We love the location and getting to relax in Sai Kung. It's an easy walk into SK Town and it's also easy to take the hotel shuttle or the 101M to Hang Hau for some more dining/shopping options or to connect to different parts of HK. The staff is alway lovely and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, even with an extra bed added for our son.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. Excellent service and extreme friendly staff. My wife and I spent the last 5 night in this hotel on our anniversary. The staff are very friendly. Front desk very accommodating. The bell captain Max is very passionate. He not only gave us advice on local eateries and directions to get there. Get location! Very walkable area and extremely close to MTR. Lots of great food options. The washing machine in the room was a great addition and there's storage under the bed.

Very nice beach site location. Pleasant rooms , nice restaurant attached … a lot of walking trails all around. Short walk to the main village.

The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.
