"Not a 4* hotel!!! Great location. But sadly, that’s the only good part. The rooms are unbelievably dated and in disrepair. The bathrooms are worse than my grandparents, chiped furniture, dripping tap, small and dingy with bad lighting. Dated furniture throughout. It does not help with dehumidifiers everywhere, including in the room. If i switch it off, there is this stale smell! This hotel is at most borderline a 3*.
Will definitely not be coming back!"
"The property is in a very convenient location close to a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops and within walking distance of cat street and Hollywood road. "Location is convenient with a 10 minute walk to the MTR, close to bus stops, and many dining options around it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Drinking water is provided, but you have to go into the hall to use the water fountain to fill up your water bottle, they also provide a water pitcher in the room for you. Free breakfast is provided, but it is very simple and small consisting of toast and small pancakes with butter and jam, served with coffee and tea as drink options."
"We enjoy its location with easy access of public transport . All of the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The only drawback we found were the pillows were uncomfortable ."
"The hotel offers value for money. Very clean rooms, great location, very helpful staff. Wendy and Sam were particularly kind and helpful, sharing ideas on how to get around, where to shop or buy food, etc. Overall, it was a good stay."
