"My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants.

"We had such an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos! The place was extremely clean, beautiful, and looked just like the pictures. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially waking up to the ocean every morning. One of my favorite parts was the shallow sandbar right in the middle of the ocean. You could walk out into the beautiful clear water and just enjoy the scenery—it honestly felt like paradise. The location was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

This is the perfect resort for the people looking to be off the main path but still have a great experience. The swimming pool was unbelievable. The private beach and pier were very relaxing. It was nice not having to share the areas with a lot of other people. The restaurant was excellent. The service and food were top notch. We loved hanging out at the Cave Bar. A unique bar that overlooks the ocean.

The Gansevoort is by far the chic-est hotel in Providenciales. But never mind the lean, minimalistic, gorgeous architecture, the perfect pool, the most beautiful beach in the planet : It's The Staff. They make all the architectural or geographical features look small. They are the factor that really creates the true magic in the Hotel. The Somerset on Grace Bay is the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in. Our room, a two-bedroom ocean view suite, was unbelievable. We had a full kitchen, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry room, and very comfortable bedrooms and beds. Our room was immaculately clean upon arrival, and was kept clean throughout our stay. Our room attendant not only cleaned our room during the day, but came back in the evening for "turn-down" service in which she would turn down the beds...

We absolutely loved Point Grace. Mary (the Guest Relations Manager) was awesome. She contacted us a month before our trip to arrange our airport transportation (which most hotels do not provide). She set up all of our restaurant reservations before we arrived and provided other important info. The hotel is very tranquil which matches Grace Bay. It's very quiet. Everyone who goes there seems to want that tranquility. The grounds are more well kept than some of what are considered the...

We just returned from a six night visit and found the staff, meals, beach bar drinks, and hotel services to be very good in spite of the age of the facilities. I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .

The Shore Club exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at home his hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and always well maintained / cleaned twice a day, always on target. West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner.
The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

Staffing was very confusing because there are two management companies that manage the place. They attempted to work with each other but it was very apparent that it was not a good situation. Was not sure who to ask for what.

Grace Bay Club is fabulous. They welcome you with a bottle of champagne and great fresh fruit. The refridgerator is also stocked with cold water free of charge and gets replenished when asked. They have multiple clean large towels so you do not need to constantly ask for fresh towels. The lounge chairs at the pool and beach are cushioned. You have access to a personal concierge if you desire. My husband sent him out to the food store for some staples for the room.

My wife and I live in a warm place anyways so we just wanted to get away somewhere quiet. We arrived after the high season ended and this was exactly what we needed/wanted. The villas are the perfect size, the lush vegetation makes them very private. Chalk sound borders the resort on one side and guests can make use of included kayaks to explore it. Sapodilla Beach was a near-empty, pristine beach that was a two minute walk from our villa. The on-site restaurant is expensive by continental...

This is an incredible value. It was quiet and not crowded. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony (second floor). The staff all were friendly and helpful. The location is great - not surrounded by high-rises, and walkable to the shops and restaurants. We didn't have to deal with mobs of people at the beach or on the grounds. Sure, the bathroom is old, but that is not a big deal to us. Our room was very nice with a great balcony for catching nice breezes and views of the ocean. If...

We spend 5 nights at the Parrot Cay by Como as a couple, and enjoyed very much the attention to detail, food and friendliness of the staff.
Our room ( 603) was very old, the mattresses and furniture, as well, as the bathroom are in urgent need of replacement, never mind the AC which was loud, so loud that even the handyman could not fix it. We did expected at a price like this that this would have been more updated.
The luxe towels and bedsheets did not make up a price tag like this....

My partner and I had an excellent stay and rate it 5 stars. Since we arrived, the staff were very friendly. It’s a low-key hotel where you’ll feel at peace especially hanging out by the beautiful pool area. Although it’s not a beachfront hotel, there’s a free shuttle running through business hours which is convenient. We preferred to not rent a car so for those who plan to do the same - distance is a 5-8 min walk to the beach, 20-25 min walk to the main strip where there’s a shopping center,...
