"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buildings were old but seem ok. The big issues were the beds are old and have sunken spots that made you feel like you might fall off, the sink drain kept making noise all night and we spent $150 on the refillable "unlimited " drink cups but the drink machines kept breaking down or saying we had to wait more time to refill. "Beautiful property pools are beautiful , breathtaking views will book here again"

"Rooms are really clean. The water park is awesome for both adults and kids in the party. We also spend some time at the arcade and played glow in the dark golf the kids really enjoyed it. Over all the property is really big and clean with a lot of things to do to spend your day at the hotel."

"All was good but the cleaning lady on Tuesday stole my candies :("

"Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Being able to walk only 20 minutes to the Epcot International Gateway was really special. We were able to enjoy the quick service café called Fuel right off the main lobby of the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, located on the 2nd floor. The mattress and pillows were excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back."

"Staff were very helpful and courteous. Cleaning crew were timely, efficient and trustworthy. Location was perfect. Over all a wonderful setting for a family vacation. Services for food, coffee, rentals, shuttles made life great. Many thanks."
