Quick one night stay but satisfied

Excellent quiet, comfortable hotel near Penn State Univ. Beautiful scenery.

Very easy to find. Staff at the desk was very polite and helpful. Actually had access to a ground floor room. Lobby was bright and airy!

Our one night stay was awesome. We were there for a baseball game at First Energy Stadium. We parked our car in the garage and jumped into the free hotel shuttle and in five minutes we were at the stadium. The driver gave us a brief history of the area as we drove to the game. When the game ended, we called the hotel for a return shuttle and a new driver was there in minutes. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Property is very nice and well maintained

Hotel very clean breakfast was good however counterperson had deep hispanic accent hard to understand her english her welcome was clear but once we began talking uuhh and of course attitude came in after asking her to say it again. Uuhh

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very attentive. This is not a normal hotel, though. It's a former monastery, and has the charm of a former monastery. All the rooms seem to be one offs due to the fact that it was a former monastery. Don't expect a hotel chain, and you will have a wonderful stay.

We had a bittersweet stay this time. We stay here at least twice a year. During this stay we had to help our dog cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was amazing. They were kind and thoughtful. They even gave us a sympathy card signed by many staff members.

Room was nice... But the pool was so cold when it is suppose to be a indoor pool

The room was fantastic and perfect for families! The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and there were so many options for dining. I would absolutely recommend!

I didn't like that the breakfast attendant had a bushy beard and ver long ponytail around food and dishes. That is my only negative. We'll probably go back. We really liked the pool area and temperature of water was good. Pool temperature at other hotels is usually too cold. Hotel classy.

The bowl was very nice and in a safe secluded area. The room was clean and well furnished. We had a little trouble with the toilet but after letting the front desk know, it was fixed right away. The breakfast was excellent and the man that worked in there was even better. Super friendly and helpful on suggestions on what to do in Philadelpia. This was a wonderful stay in Gettysburg. The hotel went above and beyond for us. They accommodate our unique request which was very nice to see.

Staff was very kind. Beautiful hotel and a perfect location for us to visit family nearby. Parking isn’t included but we managed.

Everything seemed to be very organized and clean. The rooms were great. Never unfortunately received my $25 credit.

This Inn is my getaway retreat. Clean. Comfy. Safe. Quaint and historic town. Walk the town and visit all the charming shops and cafes. Friendly historical society that offers great little tours to learn about the town and its history. (Visit nearby Ephrata Cloister as well if you can. It’s a gem.) Great hotel in a great area

This was my second stay. The room was really nice,, and huge. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, you could get fat with as many options as they give you. The hotel staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and it's a place I'll be visiting a 3rd time. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, it's one of the best I've ever stayed in.
