"After requesting maid service - the room was cleaned and left with no wash cloths and the soap dispenser int he shower empty. Pillows were uncomfortable. Check in took a ridiculous amount of time largely due to a poor (misleading) layout of charges in the Expedia email confirmation."

"At check in was told that airport shuttle runs every hour on the hour, so be down in the lobby by 3:50 am because I wanted to leave for the airport at 4:00am. I made it a point to be in the lobby at 3:30AM ! Luckily I was there early because the shuttle driver came at 3:43 am?? If o would have come down at 3:50 am I would’ve missed the shuttle!!!
