"I recently stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia by IHG for a birthday celebration, and I was so impressed by all the little touches—like the chocolate treat in our room and the late checkout, which was such a generous gift. After leaving, I realized I had accidentally left behind an item I’ve had since childhood. I didn’t notice until I was already back at school, and both my mom and I called desperately, hoping it hadn’t been thrown away. When I finally reached the right department, they immediately reassured me that they had it. I drove back that night to pick it up, and not only was it returned to me with a smile—they had washed it as well. That meant the world to me. Thank you for going above and beyond. "Was a great stay! The lounge was a nice addition, the restaurants/ bars attached to it, parking was easy and we were able to do late check out!"

"It was 6:30am I only wanted a coffee and the server asked for my beverage comp card yet coffee is free in the lobby. I did not have a problem paying for it. It was kind of her but she left a family with a child waiting while asking me to look for the comp card on the 19th floor. "
