"I first love the friendliness of the staff at the hotel, I love that you have to have a key to even go up the Elevator to your floor, great security. I love the room how large it was and that it has all I really needed. Love the fast response from the hotel when I asked for help with the Ac in operating it and other things I needed, I did not have to wait a long time to get it. Everything was wonderful about the hotel and staff, one downfall was the continental breakfast, it was not much at all to choose from but my only thing I dislike is that the hot water to make tea was always very luke warm, it would not even dilute the tea back it was so kind of cold, love the Jamaican breakfast i got once, just was not enough food, yam, banana, dumplins etc. but it was really tasty. Kitchen staff was pleasant and friendly. Housekeeping was great and on top of their job, did not use them but they provided all I ask for everytime. Overall I had a great stay at the R Hotel, my first time and proably will not be my last God's willing."

"The location is a perfect getaway from the typical tourist spots. The view of the sea and the natural scenery will make you wanting to come back every chance you get. There’s a great Jamaican chef on location and you will enjoy the foods. "

"The Inn In Town is home away from home. The amenities were beyond amazing. The staff was always there to help with any situation that arises even the guys that work on the overnight. Everyone in the family enjoyed themselves even the kids. I will definitely book again every time I come to Portland."
