"There was a bit of a hiccup with check-in. I did not read the extremely fine print on my booking information and did not realize I had to pre-arrange check-in with the property. Also, they did not e-mail me to ask when I would arrive as other properties have done, so we had to call and wade through a bit of a language barrier to check-in. We arrived relatively late and while we couldn't eat at the restaurant we're given wonderful a recommendation for a nearby place in walking distance. We slept well and were very happy with the classy feel of the hotel. I gave four stars for comfort ONLY because the room did not have air conditioning.
