Cannedi Farms was a wonderful oasis right in the middle of the city of Avetrana. The place looks to have been completely remodeled and its gorgeous!
Beautiful high ceilings, modern appliances and a killer roofdeck with wet bar and outdoor shower. They have fruit tress in the back courtyard which assures you have fresh fruit daily and they also make amazing Olive Oil. Absolutely delightful place to stay. Our only regret is that we could only stay for one night! Giorgio was so helpful and welcoming even providing a thoughful gify of a bottle of his own wine, which was very good. Happy to recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet location (only four units) self catering. Planning to return in 2026 for a longer visit.

Simply gorgeous hotel with excellent facilities. Pool was to die for. The restaurant food was impeccable. The room was just huge and beautifully decorated. And the bed could have fitted 6!!!

It is truly a luxury boutique hotel, with beautiful decor including Elemis amenities, very clean, and a lovely breakfast. Daniela was amazing and made us feel so welcome in addition to providing us with great directions and tips to see Matera in all its beauty. The private parking option was easily accessible and only minutes away. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
