"Este resort todo incluido es altamente recomendable, limpio, excelente servicio, buena comida, muchas actividades para hacer, bonita la piscina, la playa, los restaurantes. El personal muy amable !!!!!! Mi unico consejo seria que el equipo de animacion demuestren mas animo, mas energia, las actividades en el area de la playa eran muy basicas, creo que les falta mas emocion, super apagados. "

"First my flight was changed, then my hotel was hanged a week before leaving. U was told I would get an upgrade and git a downgrade! This hotel was very strict and didn't allow you to even put music. The rooms were not ready at arrival. The air conditioning was broke as well as other appliances. If you would if not selected this horrible hotel. Me and my 2 boys would not have this horrible accident. This was my boys first time traveling and you ruined it for them! This was a the worst experience...

"It has a lot of options for the family. The VIP areas are kept even more modern."

"Covers and pillows were stained, wifi and tv did not work, pool inside room was not heated it was freezing (the main reason we booked room), windows did not lock so room was unsecure, bathroom had a sewer smell and to top it off it was a brothel/strip club. When we were informed that there was a club that opened at 1030pm we never assumed a strip club until we walked by and seen naked women dancing. It made a lot of sense after the fact when all we noticed were men staying at the hotel."
