Great property. Food was ok. Staff was very helpful. Hot water for showers. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach. The room walls/doors are thin. Could hear the lady next door taking on the phone and heard every word. Shampoo/soaps provided. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of kids in the pool always. Had a nice gym for the gym rats like myself! Would recommend.

This is an adults-only property. I booked this in haste without learning this piece of information, which was entirely my fault. The owners were very gracious about handling my mistake and I'm grateful to them. It's a lovely location with great facilities. If you're looking for adults-only lodging you should definitely stay here. If that's NOT what you're looking for, please be smarter than me and stay someplace else.

Amazing! The service, the food, the room... everything. We were received with kindness and attention to every need could've possibly had. The owners were really sweet! About the rooms: we still think about the bed. It was so incredibly comfortable. Lovely view and the pool we had all to ourselves. Please don't miss the chance to book your stay here! You won't regret it.

I absolutely loved this place! Staff were so helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean. We loved that is just a few steps away from town. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend it and coming back

The ambiance was very relaxing. Great energy on the property and welcoming staff. My partner loved the fresh fruits on the trees. We wished we had more time to stay but it was well spent. Can’t wait to do it all over again.

Our stay was wonderful. Not crowded at all. We felt as if we were the only ones there even though we weren't. The private dipping pool was amazing. There were also two other pools on the grounds. Plenty of hills and roads on hotel grounds for those of us who like to run. The rooms look exactly like the photos on the website. The chef will make your dish however you request it. The room itself was clean, but it was labeled as a partial ocean view room that is on the first floor about four feet from the parking lot, and the only way you could see the view is if you had the curtains open so that everyone saw into your room and if you were looking over the hedges to see the ocean. Otherwise, fantastic location, nice room, and enjoyed our stay. Plus the cleaning was phenomenal.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Elaine was just a wonderful first person to welcome me as a guest and the stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back.

The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.

They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. This hotel is brand new. Beautiful and clean with all the newest and best. Breakfast was so good. We ordered drinks at the bar, dinner as well and all were yummy! Pool is beautiful. Staff is amazing! Lots of parking but a little inconvenient having to remember to stamp your pass in order to get out of the parking lot, but at least there is parking!

Guided only by online reviews, we lucked out by choosing this property for our first-ever trip to Parguera. Zulma and her staff are the perfect hosts and truly understand what hospitality is all about. I had a wonderful 5 night stay at Casa Islena. It is the cutest little inn, right on the beach. The pool and pool area are clean and a nice area to relax.
