The staff was super helpful. Our excursion was cancelled and they provided us with options on how to get to the rainforest and provided helpful maps. They went above and beyond for us each and every day. It is clean and within walking distance to great restaurants.

The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.

I had such a amazing time here with my boyfriend. We wanted a place where we can just completely relax and enjoy the beach with restaurants nearby without the hassle of getting attacked by vendors or having the need to rent a car. The place is very cute. I felt safe in the area. The rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need. The lady in charge is available when you contact her and the ladies that work to clean the building clean are very sweet and keep the place clean. I really enjoyed staying here and will do it again the next time I travel to PR. I highly recommend this place.
