"Caribe Hilton is absolutely beautiful. I felt safe during our entire stay. The adult pool was stunning and loved all the amenities available for families. I wish they would pay more attention to the kiddie pool, it appeared to have a lot of scum (probably from sunscreen), just not as clean and clear as the main pool. The resort itself is stunning but some parts look somewhat dated. Overall a great experience, everyone was super friendly."

"Hotel is in the airport, this was a great option for our first night since our flight got to San Juan after midnight. We didn’t have to take an uber or rent a car that first night. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had a restful sleep (didn’t even hear the airplanes) and breakfast was included. "

"Everything was great at this property. The only complaint I have was that, check in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but I had to go back to the desk at 5:45 pm and request rooms on separate floors because our room still wasn’t ready. We had two rooms reserved."
