Had an amazing stay at Orchid Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The hotel is an excellent value for your money and the rooms, in-house restaurant and other services are of very high quality. The only caveat is that it is located a bit outside the city on a busy highway bypass. Although the rooms themselves were quiet, the area around is very busy and not very walkable or have other eating options etc nearby. Getting taxis at short notice is also a problem. The front desk can, however, arrange transportation if notified in advance.

Wonderfull welcome with traditional indian welcome and hospitality with Delicious motichur laddus and refreshing drinks, nice facilities, staff really friendly, new hotel so was really spoilt for service. TAJ is always TAJ and goes the extra mile. The Send off was also wow. We were given a going away gift of handmade incense sticks as well as traditional indian jaggery and curd. The staff, from the doorman to the laundry person was very courteous and professional. The managers , Rohit, Abhichek and just to name some of the others, Kumud, Aman, Rohini, Desai, Tresa in the breakfast with Lundan, Jeet, the doorman and Surjeet just to name a few were superb. I will never stay anywhere else if Tag Hotel is an option. We did an Indian wedding out of the hotel room, we had 4 rooms Excellent services and very welcoming
