Wonderfull welcome with traditional indian welcome and hospitality with Delicious motichur laddus and refreshing drinks, nice facilities, staff really friendly, new hotel so was really spoilt for service. Had an excellent stay. Clean cozy modern rooms. Excellent shower. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. GREAT BREAKFAST. Please keep up the good work and stay on top of your hotel! Only negative thing is that one night a terrible odor permeated my room via the AC. This is on the second floor and it’s happened before during a previous stay. It was the room with the best air quality of the 3 hotels I stayed in while in India. This was critical to me since I arrived in India on a peak of my allergies. On top of that I found the hotel very charming, seeped in tradition, an oasis of clean, order and peace in a bustling city.

Property is extremely good considering it is in Ludhiana. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is unbelievably good. It is the only place I would stay in Ludhiana. It is the only place that lives up to international standards.
